Programme

The conference programme is included in the conference booklet, which additionally offers travel information and the abstracts. A printed version will be handed out to the participants at the conference.

Presentations

Talks

We have arranged 30 minutes and 40 minutes time slots for the talks. In the conference booklet you find out how long yours is. The talk itself should capture 25 or 35 minutes respectively and the remaining five minutes are used for discussion and taking over. For the presentation is available a laptop supporting PDF and Power Point, an overhead projector and a small white board.

Poster

We will provide boards that handle posters up to the size of A1 in portrait. Your poster should contain your name and the title on the top. Use large font, such that it is readable from two meter distance.
