Abstract Submission

Participants are encouraged to submit an abstract for a contributed talk or a poster.

Deadline for submission is 30 April 2012.

The abstract submission is closed now. If you are interested in presenting a poster please contact the conference secretaty. Even if accepted as a late contribution, the abstract for the poster can now not be included in the conference booklet.

Abstracts for contributed talks and posters will be considered by the Scientific Advisory Committee and information of acceptance will be sent out by 31 May 2012. Applications by young researchers are welcomed.

Please provide an extended abstract (no more than one page) citing relevant publications using the form below. Please use plain text or LaTex format.

Please note the following before submitting your abstract:

  • The summary should be roughly one page long (or less).
  • Please do not use graphics; URLs providing more information may be given.
  • You may use LaTeX commands to include math symbols. LaTex headers will be added by the system. Please do not attempt complex TeX macros, include any usepackages or font changing commands. You may use italics.
  • Do not include citations separately at the end of the summary. Instead, all citations must be given in text in the general form "[Authorname, Title, etc]".
  • Please state co-authors (if any) at the end of the summary following the format
    "This contribution is joint work with FIRST_NAME SURNAME (INSTITUTE CITY, COUNTRY) and FIRST_NAME SURNAME (INSTITUTE CITY, COUNTRY)."
